PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new 3 storey 12,000m2 extension to the existing South Dublin shopping centre and refurbishment of existing centre. The project includes construction of a new basement carpark, a large retail unit, extensions to the North East (Frascati Road) and several new smaller units including restaurants in addition to considerable drainage diversions and external landscaping and new paths and pavings.
