PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Ground and 1st floor extension to the existing Tesco store with a 1st floor restaurant space of 300m2 and full fit-out of new Management Suite and ancillary landlord areas. Façade to new and existing buildings consisting of Swisspearl rainscreen cladding, curtain wall glazing system and new mall canopy. External works included hard and soft landscaping, reconfiguration of existing car park entrances and car spaces with upgrading of pedestrian access.
